Update 17-06-09 Driveway down

Hi All,
Its been a while since updates. Been held up because of the rain.

But the driveway went down yesterday and I think we're near the end of our journey. I have the independant inspector going out tomorrow and pending no major issues, we'll discuss a handover date with the SS.

05-05-09 Lots of stuff done!

Hi All!
A fair bit has been done since my last update.
But as daylight savings has finished, I can rarely get there on time to get decent photos (or inside)
So as of today..
Tiling Bathroom / Ensuite / Laundry : Done!
Benchtops Kitchen / Ensuite /Bathroom : Done!
Bath / Shower taps / sink taps / basins / laundry : Done!
Electricals / Ducted AC / Solar Panels HWS : Done!

15-04-09 Garage Doors On

Hi All,
I haven't updated much recently as since lockup there is not too much I can see.
However today, I do have an update from the outside of the house. The garage doors are on!
As far as I can tell the tiles have also been delivered for the bathrooms and they should be starting on that tomorrow.
Hopefully I can get a look in before the end of the week and get some photos of the bathroom / ensuite and the kitchen.
I've uploaded a couple of photos I managed to take from outside. It was quite difficult with the glare!

07-04-09 - Gypbrock and Lock Up Done!

Hi All,
Just photos from the outside today since the house is at lockup. Kitchen cupboards have also been delivered..

24-03-09 Small Update

Sorry about the lack of updates. As the outside is pretty much done not much is changing at the moment.
Independent inspection was done last week (by Howard, www.hnkryan.com ) and from what I can tell the SS has sorted all the issues (very minor) out.
Electrical rough in is done, and i'm unsure of what to expect next.

Here is a photo showing completed front and another the porch.

06-03-09 / 07-03-09 More bricks and Roof on!!

Hi All,
Well the roof went up on Friday as planned, and more brickwork has been done too. I think the brickie was out yesterday as there has been a bit done since we were out on Friday.

04-03-09 Brickwork started.

Small update today.
Brickwork has started around the front of the house.
A little confused thou, the sand is quite light (see 'side' photo from yesterday) and the mortar is for off-white, but it just looks greyish? (I know its probably still drying)
We'll see how it all turns out.

03-03-09 Update...

Not much to update this week.
The bricklayer has started, laying 1 course of bricks around the perimeter yesterday. Internal plumbing has been done as well.The termite protection (Granitgard) was put in today, and the roof tiles also showed up. The bricky should be out the next couple of days in preperation for putting the roof up on Friday.

23-02-09 Update

Ok, no updates over the last few weeks, we can blame that on the rain!
Since the last post, the Windows have been installed, and the guttering is being installed (nearly complete.) The bricks are onsite, however the SS says the roof will be up before the bricks will be.

06-02-09 / 09-02-09 Framing

I had called the supervisor on Friday for an update on things to come. He advised there was a surprise for me out on the block. Sure enough, on Friday night we headed out and the frame was up. Went out this afternoon and most of the frame for the roof is up as well.
